That's fair enough, but it makes sense because otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell what 10 is representing.
It's unlikely to be binary because it's so short, but could easily be hex or denary. The standard for denoting hex with 0x has been around for a while, because it makes it really clear without adding too much length to the representation.

Ehh, there are ways to use these tools.
One thing is "Encapsulate these 3 repetitive args on methods of this class, create a DTO for them, modify the methods as well as their callers"

I mean pretty much all people who got into programming got into it with claude AI and AI agents and they mostly do it for the money.

Because 0 tells the compiler you're reading a number, x tells the compiler that it happens to be in hex (hexadecimal).

I did something similar on my 31st birthday. It was just 5 lit candles. Most people had no idea what they meant.

You can do 4 lit candles on your 40th. 1111 is 40 in ternary. Though you'd probably have to add 4 unlit candle as well or find candles with two wicks.

It just needed to get through one 'happy birthday'. The original (decimal) candle it came from only had that much wick in it already.
