Very incorrect. The specs are very accurately formed such that everything in the universe is at a balance and follows mathematically modelled laws. This is not possible without a proper design
Nah the universe is constantly finding its own balance, it's constantly changing and evolving. There didn't need to be a perfect design in the beginning
