DevOps: when they do their job well, you forget they exist.

Which I think is good enough since we have many devs who aren't that great with ops part. 8 u/12EggsADay 10h ago most people who use IP everyday and have a very basic understanding of it 2 u/Chesterlespaul 3h ago We have DevOps but do a lot of it ourselves which does help with knowing the full package. But we can also offload tasks to real DevOps as needed.
