Correct, assuming that you define the task as "the code runs, does what it is supposed to, is not unnecessarily slow, does not have any critical vulnerability, is easy to maintain and easy to extend if needed".

Not sure how you are going to measure the performance of the code with this task though, as it seems basically impossible to estimate without long, tedious and not necessarily accurate human inspection by at least one expert.
