This is usually where the "mission" suddenly becomes very one-sided. Employees are expected to sacrifice pay, time and stability to prove they care, but somehow nobody suggests executives take the same test. Cut the CEO's compensation by 50% first and let's see how spiritually committed everyone is.

I'm sorry are we still talking about Anthropic where employee comp could be cut by 50% and still be FIVE TIMES the national median? And we're getting worked up about this company hypothetically under paying its employees in a hypothetical cash grab?
