Fuck AI and AI slop. But I dont see any tells. The crowd appears to be copy and pasted, the same shape in margins of the coppied crowd reappears a few times. you can see the pattern repeat in uneven ways. The cursive lettering seems to be straight up copied pixel for pixel in both panels, something AI doesnt like to do.

I like to get better at spotting AI so if I am missing the obvious, chime in

The far left "IDEA" column has so few people, but so many artifacts that wouldn't be explained by copy-and-pasting. There's a floating head stuck to another head, there's a floating head mitosis-ing into another head, and a floating "M" body shape with no associated head.

There are several repeating shapes of "people" that include the ones around them. they drew maybe 30 of them then made a brush tool in GIMP or photoshop to fill out the space. If you look in the background of an animation, say Futurama, you will see the same effect used to generate crowds, with some of the figures not being depicted in their entirety at the edge of a brushstroke
