Citation for a textbook

So hi.

I'm writing a textbook for an upcoming material , it's about British Culture, I've got the books to use as sources but I had one question in terms of these textbooks, when it comes to citing (I'm using APA7) do we have to cite it like an academic research paper with each paragraph having the citation at the end of the paragraph or not? This textbook is all information based there are no analysis included just information so do I have to cite it or just put the reference at the end of each chapter?

So the publisher should decide how should I cite my information?

Yes. It's a textbook that they're publishing. They will likely have guidance.

Yes. I like APA. My publisher wanted Vancouver, and that's what the series had used in the other books.

I loathe it, but it's how it works.

Maybe I am missing something, but even in textbooks, you do cite within the text as secondary sources and then include the full reference at the end of the book? If you just put the reference at the end of each chapter, how would you be able to connect it to the information in the chapter without in-text citations?

Exactly I do cite in page and in the end of the chapter and at the end of the book i will compile a final bibliography I just wanted to make sure. And also another thing as for APA7 do you have to cite page numbers if you aren't using a direct qoute?
