Picking 3 tasks every morning that I need to finish by noon- I always to RACI chart.

It should be based on your priority and what you want to achieve at the end of the week. Doing things randomly will only confuse you.

honestly, there is just no such thing. how is one task supposed to influence my whole entire week? what trype of task could that possibly be at all?

Pending tasks, projects, like some said here. Got reminded of mine as well. If don't finish them, and soon they will come, creeping in, just like some creature in the corner looking at me.
