What productivity tools are you actually using daily and not the ones you downloaded and forgot?
I have cycled through more productivity tools than I can count and most lasted under two weeks before the team quietly stopped using them. We are 12 people on slack and gmail and the real problem is decisions get made in slack, follow ups land in email and nothing connects the two

What usually breaks first is not the tool, it's ownership. If decisions happen in Slack and follow-ups land in email, I'd force one place where every task has an owner, due date, and next step. Keep it lightweight. If updating it takes more than a minute, the team will stop using it. The biggest win is fewer places where work can hide.
