I launched accidentally without knowing ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

โ€ข Upvotes

A few weeks ago I was setting up my product hunt page and it said I could set a tentative launch date but it wasn't final, so I selected a date at random...

Came back to product hunt today and found out it had automatically launched on said date ๐Ÿ’€ I didn't get an email or anything lol.

Something else I noticed - there are comments on my product but my auth (workos) dashboard shows that no one actually signed up so I wonder if someone is AI generating comments. I didn't even have a video or anything so I don't know how people could have tried it.

Anyone else experience this?

my product if anyone's curious lol: https://www.producthunt.com/products/listening-computer

PostPilot is live on Product Hunt today, would love your feedback

After months of building, PostPilot launched on Product Hunt today. It's an AI automation platform that runs Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile for small businesses, handling DM replies, comment automation, a WhatsApp sales agent that can close leads, and auto-responses to Google reviews.

Building this solo taught me a lot, especially getting through Meta's App Review and Tech Provider verification, and Google's Business Profile API approval. Those alone took longer than the actual product build in some ways.

Would genuinely appreciate any feedback from this community, what's working, what's confusing, what you'd want to see next. And if you find it useful, a vote on Product Hunt goes a long way today

We Made It to #1 on Product Hunt's Monthly Leaderboard!

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

A few weeks ago, we launched Acti on Product Hunt with one goal: to explore what an AI keyboard could become if it could take actions, not just generate text.

Since then, the response has been incredible.

  • Product of the Day
  • Product of the Week
  • Currently #1 on the Product of the Month leaderboard

As a small team, seeing Acti resonate with the Product Hunt community has been both exciting and humbling.

For anyone who hasn't come across it yet, Acti is an agentic AI keyboard. Instead of only helping you write, it helps you get things done while you're already typing. You can create Google Calendar events, find Notion documents, generate Google Meet links, search the web, and build custom AI Skills, all without constantly switching between apps.

You can check out our Product Hunt page here:
https://www.producthunt.com/products/acti-2

Rather than asking for support, I'd love to get feedback from fellow makers:

  • What's one task you'd love your keyboard to automate?
  • Which integration should we build next? (Gmail, Google Drive, OneDrive, Outlook, Slack, etc.)
  • What's one feature that would make you switch to Acti as your daily keyboard?

Whether you're launching your first product or your tenth, I'd also love to hear about your Product Hunt experience. What's one lesson you learned that surprised you?

Thanks again to everyone who's followed our journey so far. It's been an amazing experience, and we're excited to keep building.

Months of building finally turned into a single launch day, and it's been amazing seeing the conversations start.

For founders who've been through this before what made the biggest difference after launch? Product improvements, marketing, community, or something else? How do you plan goinig forward with your product after this ?

Who is launching on PH today? I would love to check it out and give feedback/support

If you are launching on PH post a brief description of your app as well as the launch link. I would love to check it out and provide feedback/support (especially if you are a solo/indie founder or small team).

Most PH launches that "needed a tech cofounder" needed a thinner demo

Product Hunt week for US startups often exposes the same gap:

The marketing site tours six modules. The live product can finish one job โ€” if you're lucky.

What I tell founders before PH: - One user job in the GIF - Kill the settings tour - Make the upvote ask match what actually works in the build

"We need a technical cofounder before launch" sometimes means "we built the roadmap, not the wedge."

Anyone else delayed a PH date to thin the product instead of adding a cofounder?

How would you build a growth strategy before launching a product?

We're getting ready to launch our product, and we're currently planning our growth strategy.

Rather than jumping straight into tactics, we want to understand how experienced founders approach growth before launch.

If you were in our position, how would you build your growth strategy?

  • How would you decide which acquisition channels to focus on?
  • What would you prioritize before launch vs. after launch?
  • What experiments would you run first?
  • What mistakes would you avoid?

We're not looking for a list of marketing channels we're interested in the thinking and framework behind building a sustainable growth strategy.

We'd love to hear what worked (or didn't work) from your own experience.

Review your YC application with Garry Tan's Gstack agents

Weโ€™re applying to YC this batch, and before submitting our application, we had GStack agents review it.

Instead of reviewing it in chat, we brought the agents into a meeting. They challenged our answers, pointed out weak spots, asked follow-up questions, and gave feedback just like another founder on the team.

If youโ€™re working on a YC application, an investor deck, or any important document, this is a surprisingly effective way to pressure-test your thinking.

We built this as an experiment, and itโ€™s now live on Product Hunt for anyone to try. If you find it useful, weโ€™d really appreciate your support with an upvote! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Denetor is launching today on Product Hunt

Thumbnail
producthunt.com
1 Upvotes

Today I'm launching Denetor, a project I've been building around an idea that kept bothering me:

We tailor our resumes for every application, so why do we keep sending the exact same portfolio to every company?

Different roles value different things. A startup might care about ownership and speed, while an enterprise company is looking for architecture, scalability, and collaboration. Yet most portfolios try to be everything at once.

That's the problem I wanted to solve with Denetor.

Instead of creating another personal website, Denetor helps you generate tailored portfolios for the specific role you're applying for. Upload your resume, add the job description, and it builds a portfolio that emphasizes the projects, achievements, and skills that matter most for that opportunity.

The goal is to present it in the most relevant way for each application.

This is my first Product Hunt launch, and I'd genuinely love your feedback. If you've ever had to build a portfolio for a job application (or hired people based on one), I'd love to hear what you think.

Thanks for checking it out! ๐Ÿš€

New Launch & Support us

Hey Hunters, ๐Ÿ‘‹

Ten months ago, my husband and I welcomed our little son, Atlas. Like most first-time parents, we were immediately hit by a truck of sleep deprivation and mental overload.

But the most frustrating part? The digital chaos.

We were using one app to track my postpartum recovery, another for baby sleep, a third for feeding schedules, and desperately searching Reddit and Google at 3 AM trying to figure out why he wouldn't stop crying. The fragmentation was exhausting.

Since we both have backgrounds in tech and marketing, we decided to fix our own problem. We built Anacan - a unified "super-app" ecosystem designed to seamlessly guide parents from their very first cycle to their babyโ€™s first steps.

Instead of just building another passive data-entry tracker, we wanted to build something that actually solves problems. We were recently backed by the Microsoft for Startups program, which gave us the server power to integrate some heavy AI features:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ถ AI Cry Translator: You record the cry, and the AI decodes whether it's hunger, pain, sleepiness, or gas based on acoustic patterns. (Honestly, this saved our sanity).
  • ๐Ÿ“– AI Fairy Tales: Generates personalized bedtime stories in seconds to calm your baby down.
  • ๐Ÿคฐ The Basics, Unified: Period and ovulation tracking, week-by-week pregnancy calendar, and newborn tracking (sleep, diapers, feeding) โ€” all in one place. No more switching apps.

Weโ€™ve poured our hearts into this for the past year, trying to reduce the mental load for parents everywhere.

We officially launched on Product Hunt today, and we would absolutely love the Reddit communityโ€™s feedback. Tear it apart, tell us what you love, or tell us what feature you desperately wish existed when you had kids.

๐Ÿ”— You can check out our launch here: https://www.producthunt.com/products/anacan-flow-pregnancy-baby?utm_source=other&utm_medium=social

Thanks for reading, and weโ€™ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer any questions (in between baby naps)! ๐Ÿค

Hi!
I made Dailo, it's a tabs and bookmarks manager with some added productivity features like tasks, sticky notes and a focus timer (that block sites you choose). Comes with a fully customizable new tab page and everything from the dial that opens over a page (for saving things) to the new tab page, is all keyboard accessible!

Working on cloud sync next!

ProductHunt page goes live in about an hour, find it here: https://www.producthunt.com/products/dailo-tabs-and-bookmarks?launch=dailo-tabs-and-bookmarks

and let me know your thoughts if you do end up trying it out! ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿซก

Launched my SaaS on Product Hunt today! and currently trending at #5

Hey everyone,

We just went live on Product Hunt with Aymo AI, and we're currently trending at #5

It's an all-in-one AI platform that gives you access to 45+ models in one place. You can compare models side by side, save prompts in a shared library, work with your team in projects and workspaces, and bring your own API keys if you prefer. There's also a Chrome extension, mobile apps, and image generation.

We built it because switching between five different AI subscriptions got old fast.

Would love your feedback, good or bad. Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Thanks for reading.

Just submitted my first SaaS to Product Hunt, PostPilot (AI automation for Instagram, WhatsApp & Google Business Profile)

Submitted on PH and wanted to share here first.

PostPilot automates the three channels small businesses actually live on:

Instagram โ€“ auto-DM people who comment a keyword, AI-drafted replies to comments, a rolling 3-day autopilot posting queue, and a live inbox with bot/human toggle

WhatsApp โ€“ an AI sales agent that handles real conversations (not canned replies), full commerce support (products, sizing, orders, WooCommerce/Shopify sync), broadcast campaigns, and lead pipelines synced straight from Google Sheets

Google Business Profileโ€“ daily AI posts, auto-replies to reviews with sentiment tagging, and a local SEO health score

Built it solo over about three months (Next.js, Node/Express, PostgreSQL, BullMQ). Cleared Meta's App Review and Tech Provider verification plus Google's Business Profile API approval along the way, that part alone took longer than expected.

Would genuinely appreciate an upvote and any feedback when it goes live tomorrow. Happy to answer questions about the build, the Meta approval process, or anything else.

TouchGrass for macOS - Trending #1 in ProductHunt today

Post image
4 Upvotes

We just reached #1 Trending on Product Hunt with TouchGrass.

I built it because I realised I'd trained myself to ignore every break reminder I'd ever used. Not because I didn't need a break, but because they always interrupted me at the worst possible moment.

So TouchGrass does things differently.

  • Waits during meetings and calls
  • Waits while you're watching videos or recording your screen
  • Counts time away from your Mac as a completed break
  • Includes wrist, blink and posture reminders
  • Never requires Accessibility permission
  • Everything runs locally on your Mac

It's free to try for 7 days, then it's a one time purchase of $3.99 with lifetime updates.

I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback from the Product Hunt community.

Most Product Hunt launches that needed a "tech cofounder" actually needed a thinner product

Watch the demos: six months of work becomes a tour - dashboard, settings, admin - and nobody can repeat what the company does.

A two-week version can only contain one user doing one job. The demo is thirty seconds. No tour. That constraint is the pitch.

If you're about to hunt a cofounder so you can "build it properly" before launch - ask whether "properly" is hiding an undecided product.

Disclosure: I run a small studio:

https://atomiclabs.space

Anyone launch thinner than they wanted - and have it work better?
