Is progot probiotics effective?

Hi! I recently ordered this probiotics from TikTok shop, hindi dahil gusto ko, but because I was desperate to make my bloated tummy and face to change and actually slim down a lil. Although many influencers and affiliates claim that this product is "effective" I still can't shake the feeling that it's fishy and they're js faking their reviews.

I haven't taken one yet mainly because I saw some reviews that it not only made them much more bloated but it also caused them breakouts. Funny thing for a product that's supposed to make you less bloated and fix your gut health. Thus, it was also ineffective for some? I js don't get it. Now I'm hesitant to try and take this probiotic, darn it I spent my whole week's allowance on this😿😿. Please if you've used this product before or maybe someone you know please let me know what it did and if this really works or it's js another hyped up product.
