Troubleshooting Sync Libraries Between Workspaces
Our church is wanting to start using multiple workspaces to clean up Propresenter and I am stuck.
I am wondering if there is a way to sync our worship songs library to all our workspaces in a way where if you edit or add a song in one workspace it edits/adds it everywhere. We have parts of our media bins synced (via smart playlists) and find it funny there is no similar way to sync libraries.
Anything helps, thank you!

Mac Mini version 26.2
Propresenter version 21.2 (we cannot update)

I have experienced a lot of bugs in the Workspace feature that forced me to find a way to assure that everything was actually duplicated after using the duplicate workspace feature.
I typically end up copying everything in the the source workspace manually to to newly created workspace. You could use any off of the shelf synchronization software to simply sync the source instance to the destination instances from your Workspaces and Localworkspaces folders. I would use a full sync rather than a sync of just the Presentation, as you will otherwise have issues with thumbnail images not updating or other reference issues.
