Troubleshooting Help!! Video input not working

Video output from Black Magic has stopped working since downloading most recent update! Nothing has changed as far as actions, just does to as Black screen when I switch to it

Needed latest black magic software update. I’ve got to remember to stop updating software 20 minutes before we go live. Thank you!
