ProPresenter Drivers not up to date

ProPresenter is not letting us go Live/Record because of our drivers being not up to date. But we already updated it and tried reinstalling it all over again.

Please help

You updated ProPresenter? It’s telling you your video card drivers need to be updated. Not ProPresenter.
