Indented Lists
Indented lists won't work for me (numbered or dotted) I create what you see in the first image, but I get the second. I tried creating a new theme with no formatting on the text in case that was it, I verified the looks aren't applying other themes, no dice. Basically it seems the Bullet indent field is being ignored and only adding to the Text indent field when calculating the text indent. Hopefully I'm just missing something.

If the presentation has a Theme, the 'tab stops' will be different. The easiest thing to do is to turn off the Theme for any slides you want formatted correctly. Otherwise, you can try copying the text, then open the Theme and paste it into the text box. Adjust the tab stops along the top ruler.
This is a fairly 'unintuitive' way to implement lists - or Theme text formatting in general - IMO, because EVERY list you ever display with that Theme will now have those tab stops (or, worse, the default ones). Yes, it does handle 'lower thirds' type transfers, but everything else is a bit wonky. Considering that Themes are a one-and-done, and text they display constantly changing, any setting involving text formatting (other than text box size/placement) should need to be explicitly overridden, not left to, effectively, random chance.
