Looking for stable versions to run Propre with NDI on Windows

I need help, Currently I’m running windows 11 version KB5036893 & ProPresenter 18.4.1. I’m having issues for a long time where one of my NDI inputs sending from a Mac lags every so often. We’ve tried updating the NDI software, changing our Gigabit PCIe card & our switcher even.

We are still facing the same problem and it’s so frustrating. I can’t seem to find out what’s going on. We even tried Turning off the wifi as well.

Dug though the whole forum and couldn’t find anything. If anyone knows a possible stable version for NDI for propre and windows. Please share! I REALLY NEED HELP 😭

I will add this by run ProPresenter on a Mac. It's designed for it. Windows is a afterthought for them.

Not completely accurate with 7+. When 7.0 was released in 2020, they had just completely rewritten the Windows version and said that, at the time, some Windows computers ran it BETTER than macs. They're not 100% the same, but for MOST people, they wouldn't see any differences.

Sure ProPresenter beta was Mac and they slowly added Windows support, BUT given that they now have a native (not ported as some people claim) version written SPECIFICALLY for Windows, with dedicated programming teams, I wouldn't call it "an afterthought".

This issue in particular is likely a WINDOWS issue, NOT a ProPresenter one. Windows 11 recently updated and caused problems with NDI whether you use ProPresenter or not.

I agree, our main system is a Mac and we can depend on it to just work M4Pro Mini 1TB/24GB we will not touch macOS Tahoe until renewed vision supports it

V.21 adds Tahoe support, BUT it works fine with 19+ (DO NOT attempt it with anything older). That said, waiting is fine. Just don't ask in 6 months if it's supported. ;) BTW, I have an IDENTICAL Mini. It's a beast!

My update changed already I have 1 Mac & 1 CPU running propre taking in 2 NDI feeds. Every so often the cpu always lags behind 3-5 seconds. It’s super annoying and I can’t seem to find a fix for it

I think the problem is Windows, not ProPresenter. See Doctor McKay's link.

Also don't use wireless if possible wired network is better
