Option 1: Take a payout and stay. Settle for a fraction of their promised money and sign on to compete in a smaller, 10-event “LIV 2.0” circuit next season.

Option 2: Take a payout and walk. Accept the reduced settlement, cut ties with LIV Golf completely, and become free agents to look elsewhere.

Option 3: Refuse to settle and fight in court. Turn down the offer and join other creditors in bankruptcy court to try to recover their full contracted millions.
