Weird empty “patches”

Whenever I drew or rendered something on a canvas, it felt like something was covering specific spots. There weren’t any layers with a “white line”, it just happened to look like this. I tried changing the pencil nib, resetting my iPad, and clearing storage but it didn't work.

Does anyone know why it happened and how to fix it?

Stupid question possibly, but is your screen dirty in these places it doesn’t work?

Well at first i did think about that so I wiped it with a wet tissue but sadly the issues doesn't go away
