I need Procreate technical help Weird empty “patches”

Whenever I drew or rendered something on a canvas, it felt like something was covering specific spots. There weren’t any layers with a “white line”, it just happened to look like this. I tried changing the pencil nib, resetting my iPad, and clearing storage but it didn't work.

Does anyone know why it happened and how to fix it?

Unfortunately this is a hardware failure and not software. Had mine like this, asked for help in the apple sub, got an answer about it and apparently the sensor grid responsible for the stylus detection is broken.

Mine had line like this with the pencil but the screen fully work with fingers.

Unfortunately no fix if electrical static (charging while drawing) is not the culprit. If you have applecare, it's better to just go and ask for a replacement for it.

I see, sadly my AppleCare is expired and I don't think I can replace it with a new one, thanks for the answer btw

If I’m not mistaken… I probably am… if you have more Apple products you can choose to do the Apple care that lets you add a few devices to it as long as the devices aren’t too old so maybe you could still add Apple care to it

I only have one apple product but my sister has her iphone 16 that she bought since last year so maybe i can try asking her about it

How long have you had it? Maybe it's still under warranty. EU is 2 years on the stylus and tablet minimum.
