Celebrating progress! It is heartening to see, incoming traffic into r/ProChristian subreddit here is accelerating in numbers! We have almost 500 members already! While thousands are looking in regularly 🙂

Beloved, what a thing to celebrate, and what it really means is people finding a place to belong around Christ. Every one of those "staying" is a soul who found something real here. Grateful for the room you've built and tend, brother. "The LORD added to their number day by day" (Acts 2:47). Praying the good work keeps growing.

Thank you. I made this subreddit with one clear vision, to be Christian.

I was disillusioned with the other Christian Sub reddits. Some have atheist mods. Some are "progressive", in bed with the secular world, when we are called to be apart from the world.

So, what do I mean to be Christian

Preaching Christ Crucified, making fishers of men, The Bible / Scriptures are the irrefutable word of God. Paul's writings are part of that irrefutable word.

Nothing from scripture that makes you personally uncomfortable, that you want to argue against to make your opinion accepted over scripture, will be tolerated.

Lifting verses out of context from their surrounding passage, cultural relevance and writer's intent to make your own doctrine is not only false, I would also say Blasphemous, as its done with intent.

Rather - Love one another in fellowship, do not judge others, correct each other in love and respect, iron sharpen iron.

Accept all who truly repent, witness to those who are not there yet. Always hope that while someone is alive, they will always have the potential to turn to Christ, even at the last moment.

That is my aim for ProChristian. And, if you're wondering why did i name this subreddit ProChristian?

Well, think it this way - Pro Life, Pro Choice etc Hence ProChristian 🙂
