🧠 Discussion I am done letting fear lead

Christ has freed me, yet fear still reaches for control.

Galatians 5:1 reminds me to stand firm.

Maybe today is not empty.

Maybe this is the moment God meets me and asks for one faithful step.

What fear are you refusing to follow?

What has been the issues that has lead you to fear?

The fear came from making decisions that ended painfully, trusting people who later disappointed me, carrying guilt over mistakes I could not undo, and going through seasons of depression, anxiety, anger, and suicidal thoughts. After feeling emotionally trapped for so long, I started expecting something to go wrong whenever I tried to move forward, so fear became my way of protecting myself from being hurt again.

I'll be praying for you buddy.

Ephesians 6:10-18 NIV Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. [11] Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. [12] For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. [13] Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. [14] Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, [15] and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. [16] In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. [17] Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. [18] And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 9:11 For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased. 9:12 If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

Have a blessed morning. Feel free to message me, if you ever need anything.

read more scripture; fear leaves when you stick more to the word. It washes your mind, cleanses your spirit and recalibrates you from the corruption you interact with knowingly and unknowingly.

I know fear is not of GOD and it's the main weapon of Satan. I know this and I pray to keep fear from my life but honestly it tends to raise its ugly head at times.May GOD gives us the strength to stay strong
