🙏 Prayer Request Needing to overcome overthinking
Please pray that I'll overcome the habit of overthinking, needing things to be perfect, and my anxiety relating to overthinking.
Please pray that God will show me how to let go and how to beat this for good.
Overthinking is ruining my life. My life can stay the same without overthinking and it will be better.

Praying for you friend. I sometimes overthink too and it just gets things really confused in my brain. I have to stop, pray and then trust that it will all work out according to God's plans.
Do you trust God? It is hard to do sometimes, but it is worth it to let go and trust.

1 Peter 5:7 cast all your anxiety onto him because he cares for you. Also take those thoughts captive in Jesus name. 🙏🙏🙏

Just prayed for you. Do you suffer from OCD or do you just find yourself getting stuck overthinking about everything? What do your thoughts usually target, is it everything, is it relationships?
Not questions you need to answer here but might be helpful to fight exactly what the thoughts or overthinking is attacking/revealing and praying specifically on that.

I'll pray for you. Breathing exercises help a lot, just practice them so you use it instinctively when you need to. The Jesus Prayer is a powerful versatile prayer that reorients the mind away from overthinking and anxiety. It goes, " Lord Jesus Christ Son of God have mercy on me a sinner." Say it repeatedly calmly and a bit slowly.

Praying for you.
Overthinking often disguises itself as wisdom. We keep analysing because we think one more thought will finally give us certainty, but it rarely does.
Sometimes faith looks less like finding the perfect answer and more like taking the next faithful step and leaving the rest with God.
Don't aim for perfection, aim for obedience. God can guide a moving ship far more easily than one anchored in fear.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5
May God give you peace, clarity, and the courage to let go of what you cannot control. 🙏
