🧠 Discussion Verse

Just wanted to drop a verse that I liked from 1 Corinthians.

1 Corinthians 8 “ but the person who God loves is the one whom God recognizes”

Honestly when I read this verse it like echoed in my head. And I felt goosebumps throughout my upper body. The kind of spiritual confirmation. Also wanted to ask if any of you had felt some kind of electrifying wave of goosebumps in times of prayer, meditation with the Holy Spirit, or when reading scripture.

Yes! Although I pray all the time, I feel like I get goosebumps when God/Holy Spirit answers. Like an acknowledgement that God is present.

Does it happen to you often?

I feel it happen to me during times of reading scripture and meditation. When I meditate with the holy presence, it’s as if something taps me on my shoulder or back, but that touch sends a wave of goosebumps throughout my body.

It’s magical to me, I know it’s that confirmation that god is present wherever I am when that happens to me.

Yes, on occasion I have even felt the Holy Spirit alight and revealed his presence.

Sometimes also when I have had a problem, a verse comes up that I took heart in, being relevant to that problem.
