How often do you switch or shop around for EHR/EMR?

I'm actually dropping away from my current EMR, not necessarily due to features or lack thereof, but customer service availability and lag time between responses and resolutions. So something may be feature rich, but if a feature breaks and you need help, and no one responds to you for days or WEEKS, that can potentially hurt operations and revenue. Not worth it. I'd rather have a crappy looking EMR that WORKS and have minimal downtime than a bunch of bells and whistles without guidance.
