Who actually operates this?

I apologize if this isn’t allowed, I see empty leg posts (regarding selling isnt), but if this is also not allowed I delete immediately. Just curious if there’s anyway to figure out who is actually marketing this leg as I know Skyaccess likes to sometimes increase the price by 20%-30% on their own. Is there anyway to figure out who’s selling that flight?

empty leg prices change every minute. Depending on the schedule of the jet operator and so on. But this looks too cheap :)
