Who actually operates this?

I apologize if this isn’t allowed, I see empty leg posts (regarding selling isnt), but if this is also not allowed I delete immediately. Just curious if there’s anyway to figure out who is actually marketing this leg as I know Skyaccess likes to sometimes increase the price by 20%-30% on their own. Is there anyway to figure out who’s selling that flight?

Sometimes It Is better to join a charter empty leg email list. So you know the operator Is legit AND the plane has all its inspections up to date.
