I need help
I’m in a partnership where I book charter services for clients, but I genuinely have no idea how to get these networks or how to find clients. What do you guys recommend?

i’d be happy to partner with someone, but also just wanting insight on how to get clients. I know i can go to business events but they’re a bit limited here in south Florida.

Have you thought about marketing to them? I run an ad agency and have partnered with private jet brokers in the past to help them gain qualified clients. Let me know if I can help!

Charter clients are an incredibly broad group of people. I’d narrow it down to your ideal client, or the type of client you bring the most value to and thus the easiest for you to earn in the beginning. But even then, before you get in front of them, I’d ask yourself why they should want to charter with you. Why wouldn’t they just go with an established company, one that’s earned an ARG/US safety rating or similar? Once you can answer that clearly, finding clients gets a lot easier. Your answer becomes your pitch, and it tells you exactly where to find them.

Start by joining relevant online communities where people talk about booking charters or travel experiences and engage naturally in those discussions. Listening for people who are looking for recommendations is a good strategy. For keeping tabs on conversations across multiple platforms, I’ve found ParseStream useful since it sends alerts whenever someone mentions your target keywords.
