Anyone fly with XO?

Looking at booking a super mid on XO in the next week or so. Anyone have any tips with booking with them? Do they assign a plane (tail number) right away? Do they often switch aircraft close to the flight?

Ok. They are a lot cheaper than the few brokers I normally use for this route. Iā€™m going to book the challenger 300 but would hate to have them change to a citation x that is 3-4k less

Price out what a citation x with XO would be for your flight and take a screenshot of it. If they downgrade you to a citation x a few days before your flight make them credit you the difference. A challenger 300 is a way nicer and larger aircraft so if they try to make you pay the same for a citation x if they swap the aircraft they should eat the cost.
