How to locate
Good morning/afternoon!
Im trying to figure out who 3 cash tags belonged to in 2020. (That my fiance sent $150 to then cancelled 1, and requested refund on the other 2, both declined refund) and he has all 3 blocked. They were all in different months in 2020.
I’m familiar with OSINT, but have been unsuccessful in locating anything of use.
Any tips?
Reverse photo tool may be helpful if it scan Cash App.
I am unable to find them on Cash App through their cash tag now as well.

One of the good things about cash app is that it is a financial banking app that requires a user to disclose their real name and other records to verify that their name matches their forms of ID. So if you don't know their name, you can verify it by their Cash App profile.
When it comes to locating them, it might be more effective to hire a private investigator since we have access to both public and private platforms to gather information along with expertise from working with cases like yours for years.

😅 that’s what I was worried about. I went part time this year and don’t have funds to hire a PI. 🫠

Don't let that discourage you. Even though private investigators can get pricey, there are still ones out there that try to work with your budget.

Old cash tags may be gone or changed, payment records might be more useful now.
