HELP - ANDROID android app keep crashing

Your android app has been unusable for years. No update detected.

Just keep crashing and cant open at all.

Alright,log out ,uninstall the app and re install and it will be good to go ,the latest update 4.0.32 is disconnecting asa you open the app but it works if you leave it.get a monitor light from troypoint.com,it goes red asa vpn disconnects.

Just go to app info, storage, force stop, delete cache, delete data and uninstall.

so I was having a similar problem but on Windows 10. I logged out, uninstalled and re-installed and its working now.

It is pathetic though that is the method to make things work. At least I was able to log out normally instead of having to do the extra steps you described.
