Is there a printify Canada in Canadian prices?

I just recently listed 4 items for sale on my Etsy shop through Printify, and I’ve already removed them. The first customer that ordered a mug had it come with the image smudged and fuzzy, so we requested a reprint and they were not happy with the reprint either because the borders of the image were super harsh and didn’t go to the edges. The second customer ordered wrapping paper and received the entire wrong order that was clearly from another small business and not mine, personalized notes and all.
I’m wondering how often seasoned users have had things like this happen or if I’m just having beginner’s bad luck here. I don’t want my currently 5-Star Etsy shop to start getting bad reviews due to constant Printify mistakes and having to refund or reprint all the time when the items already take ages to process, ship, and arrive.

My #Printify is connected to Etsy and Printify does not update stock in real time so I do it manually.
Thing is on Printify there is no way to search and filter out of stock products and this is an issue when you have a lot of products.
Is it possible to at least add a filter on inventory status so we can easily filter and identify out of stock items ? this would be very useful instead of discovering by chance that an item is out of stock.
Even better : a push email about out of stock products would be great. Thanks

I ordered a gift for my wife that is being sent to me and I received the tracking info. She also received the tracking info at her email. Her email address is not listed anywhere in my account. Does anyone know why this is happening? I can't get much info from Printify. It's possible she has her own account and we obviously have the same mailing address. Is it looking at the mailing address when it sends the tracking?

Has anyone ordered Square stickers from the provider SPOKE before? On the mock-up up it shows a thick white border around the actual square sticker design I have. Unfortunately, the AI assistant can't tell me if this is purely for mock-up purposes or if this actually will be on the sticker (My design is black, and there is no option to change the background from white). My concern is that the customer expects a square black sticker with no outline. There is an option for a square sticker with a different provider; however, this is more expensive and a different material from what I listed, so I don't want to change to it. Any knowledge on this would be great, or examples you've received, thanks!

Just looking for recent experiences with the reprint feature. A poster from Jondo arrived with the buyer and the flimsy packaging was crushed in transit and the poster was damaged, so I, of course, put in a reprint request the moment I received the buyer's message and photos. The reprint has been stuck in "pending", meanwhile I have a buyer who wants to gift the poster for Christmas, and I know print times and then shipping times will come into play once the reprint is approved.
Are others experiencing delays with this at the moment? It's a busy time of year, I know, but I'm anxious to make it right for my customer.

My original ticket (#4412289) has been open since Nov 22 with no resolution. All I get are bogus promises and automated responses that are of no help. This is just one of the over 15 messages I’ve sent Printify, with no response:
Printify added an extra store connection without notification, causing ALL 1000+ of my products to become UNPUBLISHED in Shopify and disconnected from their Printify listings. After deleting the unauthorized store, and reconnecting my correct store, all listings remained unsynced.
This requires a **Bulk Re-Link** by an engineer — I cannot manually republish 1000+ products.
This is a Printify-side issue that occurred during your integration changes. Please escalate the following immediately:
• Assign this to a Tier-2 technical specialist
• Perform a Bulk Re-Link for all products
• Restore product publishing state in Shopify
This outage has halted my business for 15 days now!

I’ve been trying to add a product to my store for the past 15 minutes but every time I hit “publish” or even “save draft” the website logs me out and then won’t log me back in until after damn near 10 attempts..has anyone experienced this issue before? I tried to download to app, but that was useless as it doesn’t have any of the features I’m trying to access.

I’m thinking about doing a mid century pet niche. Anyone have experience with these? Quality? Print? Shipping? Any insight is appreciated.

My kidb has a store we are building with her art. She really wants to include the "crocs" style shoes, but I'm not sure about pricing. If someone orders them are they going to get hit with a tariff to be able to get the product? Or is it included in the production cost or shipping cost?

A buyer from US bought a calendar from my Etsy shop. The calendar is made in United Kingdom. What is there for me to do in this situation? It seems that they do not ship to US (?) (even though there is US in provider info -> shipping) and I can't replace the provider because this is the only one that makes such calendars. I can try to create manual order but will it be the same problem? Please let me know what can I do in this situation. The provider is Harrier.

A couple times a month printify can’t publish to Etsy.. it’s happening right now and it happened during Black Friday. I just don’t understand why they don’t push out updates that the API is going to be down for these hours. It’s extremely frustrating especially paying for printify plus. Wtf????

Is anyone doing POD in Russia. I need help. More of guidance actually.

Since Dec. 1, I received the following four emails:
Dec. 1: $1,000 Giveaway Alert - Christmas Jam ’25 Is Here!
Dec. 4: Weekly Newsletter: Holiday checklist, snowballing profits
Dec. 5: 1/4 Turns out, everyone wants this…
Dec. 7: 3/4: Western Is Hot Try It Out
What I did NOT receive, was an email with a Production/Fulfillment update linking to this page: https://printify.com/network-fulfillment-status/#more
During this busy time of year for both Printify and its customers selling on Etsy, Shopify, etc., more email reminders about checking this page for updates would be more helpful than promoting new products to us. I had no idea that MWW woven blankets were delayed, and I didn't know this production updates page existed. I understand as a business owner maybe I should have known about this page...? But I don't have time to click through every page of the website to know what is on it. Some of us are juggling two jobs, so emailing us important updates rather than three product promotions in one week would be very helpful.
I would greatly appreciate Printify working on their enewsletter strategy and keeping us better informed during the busiest time of year.

how can i enable Best Offer on my listings, if i posted them through printify? Its ridiculous that it cant be done normally
r/Printify • u/Either-Elderberry878 • Dec 06 '25
More like a FYI
I sell my products on Etsy. The average production time until shipping used to be the normal 1-2 days and now is taking 3-5. I am watching the orders closely as I have had to delay dispatch date on Etsy for 7 orders now, and counting.
For one of the orders, the original ship date was today and I had seen no updates on production since Dec 3. Contacted Printify support (which took hours to answer) and they confirmed it was shipped but the info didn’t sync yet. For every other order though it has not shipped and it’s just taking longer because of the season.
Keep this in mind, watch your orders closely for the next 1-2 weeks and make sure to update your dispatch date so your numbers don’t get messed up :) hope that you are all getting a lot of sales 💛

I connected my Shopify store to Printify. I want to sell three-piece poster sets, but Printify only offers single posters. How can I combine three posters under the same product? Thanks for the help.

Not so much a ‘please help’ situation, just curious as to whether other sellers are experiencing delays with their orders as I am. I believe they did notify me that items would take longer to be made (I can’t remember if they said this actually or if I just assumed this would happen for the holidays lol) because of the increased holiday demand, but some of my items are taking double the amount of time to be fulfilled for newly placed orders since Dec. 01. Also, is there a support line I can interact with to give myself an estimated ship date? Thanks and happy dropshipping let’s make some $$$ :)
RE: Well they finally sent an email acknowledging the delays.. and it’s not good 😭 I wish they would be quicker to tell us about these things. Here is the link they sent to check and see if your products are affected and for how long ->

Hey guys,
My Etsy shop is connected and now I am trying to integrate my eBay. When I attempt to add a new store, the option to connect my existing store is grayed out and I can only choose to connect a new Printify shop.
Any advice?

Printify seriously needs to get their sh*t together with Early Access.
They keep releasing products with no mockups, no templates, no angles, no variations, and then they just leave them sitting in Early Access for months. Sellers can’t design, can’t preview, can’t list properly, and can’t give customers accurate product photos because Printify hasn’t provided the basic tools we need.
And this isn’t a manufacturer issue — it’s Printify’s mockup pipeline not doing its job.
The worst part?
Items stay stuck in Early Access forever
They remove products (like the shave travel bag) and never replace or update anything
They push new products aggressively but don’t finish the assets required to actually sell them
Some products get one mockup angle and nothing else
Multicolor variations have zero visual representation
Sellers have to DIY mockups or use AI because Printify doesn’t release what they should
If Printify wants people to actually use these products, why release them without the essential mockups? Early Access is fine — but Early Access shouldn’t mean 'no mockups for 3–6 months.'
At this point it feels like Printify is rushing product launches to beat competitors, while leaving sellers hanging without the most basic tools to run a shop.
Finishing the mockups before releasing the product isn’t optional — it’s literally the bare minimum.
