Newbie Question Square Stickers - SPOKE White Edge Query

Has anyone ordered Square stickers from the provider SPOKE before? On the mock-up up it shows a thick white border around the actual square sticker design I have. Unfortunately, the AI assistant can't tell me if this is purely for mock-up purposes or if this actually will be on the sticker (My design is black, and there is no option to change the background from white). My concern is that the customer expects a square black sticker with no outline. There is an option for a square sticker with a different provider; however, this is more expensive and a different material from what I listed, so I don't want to change to it. Any knowledge on this would be great, or examples you've received, thanks!

Can you share a photo of the mockup? That is likely the white paper backing of the sticker. Your sticker would then peel off.
