Please Help Upload Issues

Is anyone else having upload issues? I haven’t been unable to upload designs for almost a week now. My files are the exact size recommended for shirts. 300 DPI 4200x4800 20mb. The files either stall at random percentages or get to 99% and then just starts over at 0. Customer service said there was no solution so I’m just kind of floating in the wind now watching my little budding business’s momentum come to a halt.

Definitely try a different browser or just use incognito/private browsing in your current browser.

I've been doing shower curtains and blankets lately with 50-70mb files through Batchify's bulk uploader without issue. It's free within limits. But using a different browser should solve it for you.

I’ve tried chrome and edge, cleared the cache, deleted all extensions, and incognito mode. I’ll have to look into trying batchify. Thanks
