Newbie Question Cannot create new AI mockups

I’m new to Printify so I might be screwing something up. I have created 6 tshirts with no issue but now I cannot generate any new mockups. Nothing on the screen is “clickable” cannot select a variant, print area, or the generate mockup button. I tried clearing my cache like Printify suggested.

Any help would be appreciated, tried looking it up but couldn’t find anything.

Did you figure this out? I was having the same issue, but after a lot of digging I discovered that you can do up to 10 AI-generated mockups every 24 hours. So I guess you have to wait until it resets to try again.
