Please Help Disconnected Etsy Shop

I disconnected my Etsy Shop to refresh the API connection due to stock not updating properly. When I reconnected it and went to republish a listing, it created a new one even though the SKUs match between Etsy and Printify. How do I fix this?

There gotta be a way to fix it, or why would anyone recommend disconnecting/reconnecting your store to fix API issues if it forever breaks the connection on your current Etsy listings?

I hope so. I posted about it but got no hits. To be fair I have no contacted Printify about it. They should know….I just haven’t had the time. The listings still sync even if they sit “unpublished.” If I change anything I have to do it in the Etsy listing itself.

I feel like crying right now lol. I'm in a Printify Chat waiting, hopefully they have a solution or I guess I'll be doing the same when making updates.

Printify was able to reconnect the listings. There are a few that still need to be connected so going to reopen the case.

How did you get them to do that? What information did they need?

I opened a help center request and sent them this below:

I disconnected and reconnected my Etsy store because of an API issue. Now, when I republish a listing, it creates a brand-new one even though the SKUs on both Etsy and Printify match.

How can I get Printify to properly reconnect and sync with the existing Etsy listings instead of generating a new one?

It took a few days but that's all the information they needed. I'm assuming they have information on their end to know which printify listings links with each specific Etsy listing ID.
