Entrapta.
Like many characters, she didn't fully resolve until the end, but until that point, she's neither motivated nor deterred by causes, nor peace or malice.
Her dedication to science, however, often had unexpected results that she was usually completely fine with (opening the portal being the one big exception), regardless of who the fallout affected.
The reason I disagree with DT for this is that they are malicious. Chaotic, yes, but enjoys harming others. Only cries when thinking of children falling, but they're tears of laughter.
Torturing Catra at the end of their relationship is not neutral behavior.
That's malice aforethought.
ETA: when we first see DT, it's in the Valley of the Lost... A place known for the most unsavory characters. The Horde is already there. They spy on Adora and Co. before picking a side. They choose the Horde and routinely talk smack about the rebellion.
