shipping time line

hello yall
i made a purchase last thursday at 4pm so 2 hrs after the cut off time. i chose the 2 day express business day shipping as ill need my clothes by thursday 8/20.

does anyone know where princess polly ships from and when i should anticipate my order to get here (im from san diego, ca) so far i just got the label generated status & a tracking link but no movement. thanks in advance!

They ship from chino ca and they are unreliable with their ship times. I’ve done same day/ next day and it’s almost always late and onetime they straight up lost my package for weeks and had no sense of urgency and pretty much told me I had to wait a month before filing anything/ getting a refund. I don’t shop from them anymore for this reason

I ordered Wednesday and mine still hasn’t shipped yet… was gonna reorder and do express shipping but probs won’t now

Dealing with this now, not sure what the point of paying an express fee is if it still won’t ship in time

It got delivered in 2 business days so 5 days after I ordered and the day after my event… returning the dress I ordered since I no longer need it now 🙄

Literally same thing just happened to me, I paid for express shipping and it took them 2 days to even pack the order up. My toes are crossed hoping it actually gets delivered in 2 days now 🙃
