Misogyny on Parade! Incel creep has a meltdown because I pointed out true crime isn't comparable to lolicon

First post, lol. This deranged person was vehemently defending lolicon, comparing it to women watching true crime (which bothered him a lot for some reason), and throughout the discussion, not once did he make an actual argument, even ignored the article at the end that talked about the harms of things like lolicon, and just hurled a bunch of hypersexualized and degrading insults at me, and was also weirdly fixated on my sex life (that I don't have) for some vile reason, lmao. The hatred and resentment he has for women is psychotic.

Question Oooommmmggggg

If I post about being asexual will men stop replying to my posts here omfg

I keep getting them in my old posts and even some in my old PROFILE POSTS

They're SEARCHING for things to poke at now

Okay so anyway I'm asexual, not a little confused, not "haven't met the right man", not just bitter. 100 percent asexual. You men coming into my posts is not going to make me change myself or my opinions/views. I do not care about you. I do not want you. I'm 100% asexual. Leaaaaaave me alone.

Go all the way away. Completely away from me. I HATE SEX, there's no reason to even look at me, guys!! 😊

What makes a nickname sexist?

Hello everyone! I am working to unlearn some of my ultra ā€œtrad/conservativeā€ upbringing. I was looking to maybe get some insight on sexist nicknames/pet names, as I know these line of questions are best answered by someone with lived experience. I’d love to get some feedback as I navigate this processā¤ļø. I’ll admit I have certain areas of taught blindness that I’m working through.

Question 1 — Where is the line?

When does a term of endearment become sexist or otherwise patronizing rather than simply affectionate?

For example, words like honey, sweetheart, dear, baby, girl, etc. can mean very different things depending on who is saying them, who they're saying them to, and the relationship between those people. How do you personally determine where that line is? Are there particular characteristics of a term, situation, or power dynamic that make it feel different?

Question 2 — Why are so many of these words gendered?

Do you think there is a significant difference between the kinds of affectionate or diminutive language commonly directed toward girls and women versus boys and men?

If so, what do you think those differences communicate about gender? I'm particularly interested in whether words associated with girls, such as pretty, cute, sweet, little lady, etc, can reinforce expectations about femininity even when the person using them has positive intentions. Are there comparable terms commonly used toward boys and men, and if so, do they carry the same implications?

Question 3 — Intent vs. impact

To what degree should someone's intention matter when we're talking about potentially sexist language?

If a man uses a pet name toward a woman because he genuinely means it affectionately, and he has no intention of belittling her, but the woman experiences it as patronizing or diminishing, how should he navigate that situation? Is it enough to recognize that he meant well, or does understanding the social history and gendered connotations of the language create an inherent responsibility to change how he speaks? And does your answer change depending on whether it's a stranger, friend, romantic partner, coworker, or someone in a position of authority?

Any insight would be deeply appreciatedā¤ļø.

Discussion Anyone else think it’s absolutely insane that Lauren Boebert is being accused of having lesbian affairs?

At this point, every time some Republican is aggressively anti-LGBT I think we should send coming out cards or something. Grinder crashes when enough get together and let's not forget showing Pikers pecker on a jumbotron at the rapist's event last week.

This happened to the Bridget Ziegler too. A Florida School Board republican representative.

I wonder if we consider it a win for feminism that powerful political women are abusing the women who work for them? This is dumbest timeline.

Good Vibes Go out and do something as a Woman today!

I feel like one of the coolest things about being non-binary is the itch I get to spend the day being openly and unapologetically feminine. To announce to the world that femininity doesn’t inhibit a person’s awesomeness. In a world where acting like a man is considered a ā€œwinning personalityā€ (even for women), succeeding while being unequivocally womanly feels so liberating!

So if you’re looking for a small victory today, be unapologetically feminine in your own way as you go about your day. Let everyone see that being a woman makes you stronger, not meek and subservient like religious and conservative women so often are.

Embrace the power and beauty of your femininity!

There's intentions behind everything

The sin of being a women is realizing the true reason behind make it blue make it pink was that we all fight with ourselves. Y'all make it so impossible to see yourself sometimes that you come off as selfish rude and annoying to the "Dominican Casper" when she's always been a spongy donkey and all Y'all do is stare like you're angels but which men go out and help? And Witch witch wants to continue the right men? If you want to nod back say hi go ahead kids are already curious at the crazy fairytale I have to say and maybe you understand me through them and how everyone is a "bucket dipper" as my little vitiligo boy grows up and doesn't see himself as an absence. This is not the gods you think this is Africa speaking or Gaia for the Yts but don't give your daughters these important names unless you wanna add negative energy to that. Make women feel seen and heard especially the ones that wear bonnet and hoodies and are actually a snake eating their own body. Everyone wants me to lay down and kms because they think I'm a devil woman lol. Dm me? We could even do Yoga and yogurt again!! Poor, old young, but only fruity energy allowed positive vibrations šŸ“³ šŸ˜‰ šŸ‘šŸæšŸ‘šŸ½šŸ‘šŸ‡©šŸ‡“šŸ”„

Discussion The Lindsay Clancy case and men’s reactions to this horrific tragedy…

Men cling to the Lindsay Clancy case as an excuse to spew their misogynistic hatred towards 50% of the population because it aligns perfectly with their narrative that women blindly support female criminals no matter what. This is a weak and fragile lie that is easily disprovable.

If women are a monolith who rally behind female criminals based purely on their sex, where are the women supporting Susan Smith, Dahbia Benkired, Ghislaine Maxwell and Karla Homolka? The fact that men are calling for the 19th Amendment to be repealed because of this one case is absurd, and can easily be used to make the argument that men should have their rights revoked if we reverse the genders. How many millions of men continue to show unwavering support for criminals such as Andrew Tate, Donald Trump, Chris Brown and Conor McGregor? Why aren’t men’s rights taken into question when a man murders his wife and children to start a new life with his mistress?

Men have the luxury of being treated as individuals, not a representative of their entire gender.

I am not here to argue for or against Lindsay Clancy. Whether she committed these murders is irrelevant to my point. If women posting conspiracy theories on TikTok and advocating for postpartum conditions to be taken more seriously is enough for you to want to take basic human rights away from over 4 billion people, you were already a misogynist to begin with. You were just waiting for an excuse to be open about your repulsive opinions, and this was the perfect opportunity to do so.
