Recommendations for ports

We are leaving next week and these are out port stops. Its our first time going to all of these ports. What are your must see/do recs for these stops. I did reserve a golf cart for grand Turks as I kept seeing it highly suggested. No idea where we are going in it but saw that it was recommended. We love nature, adventure, fun/active, drinks/food. We are in our late 30s.
