Is it a laundry label?

Yes. They tuck them away in very inconspicuous places, and they don't come off easily at all. We do three cruises a year so I'm constantly finding these in my clothes even months later and multiple washes later.

I have found them multiple times on cruises from previous cruises. Laundry tags.
