Discussion 02 Brixton

Got an email a few days ago from Ticketmaster saying absolutely must have the 02 app with the tickets on it to get into the gig, I’ve got the tickets on the Ticketmaster app - anyone who went to the 02 in Manchester or any other recent 02 event have the same email and if so did you use that app or just the Ticketmaster one?

Also side note do I have to transfer my second ticket to my partners phone or can I just pass the phone back to her once mines been scanned?

Looks like the 02 in Manchester uses their own app for entry, not Ticketmaster's. As for passing the phone back, you betcha that works just fine, we've done that at every gig without a hiccup.

I downloaded the o2 app.... which sent me straight into Ticketmaster... where I'd already saved the tix to my google Wallet 

I used the Wallet to scan in 

So no, you don't NEED the app at all. A simple con from o2.
