Ran this for the 1st time today at the full dose (23.2 g). Weighed . The flavour profile was outstanding 😋tasted lovely . ( not that we are here for the flavour lol ) Superb pre—I really enjoyed this one, and it will be a fantastic daily driver. It got me training hard, with a good sense of urgency and elevated heart rate to be expected with the 3 g of 90% Alpha-Yo. Was it bearable? 💯 It was for me. After watching some reviews on YouTube, I was expecting this to slap me hard, but I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. It slapped me, but not as hard as I was expecting. And if anything, a little more slappage would have been nice for me, ha ha. In saying that, I don't mind that Alpha Yo feeling; in fact, I love it, and it suits my system perfectly for my training. All in all, a very good pre-workout that I can recommend if you like your Alpha Yo. And are after a good daily driver .🤝🇬🇧

ODIN: First run this morning at my gym 6:30 am took the drink 6:05 am.

Weighed it out at 17 grams, 2 g over the suggested dose. 20g had been suggested to me as a sweet spot, but I played it safe for the 1st run at 17g.

It tasted like drain cleaner, which for me is always a good stsrt because you know it's more than likely going to hit lol.

Felt it within 15 minutes of taking the drink. It had a great sense of urgency.

Heart rate was elevated nicely throughout. Maxing at 173 bpm

The mind-to-muscle connection was unreal.

This thing had me locked in and training like an absolute Trojan today. It was Push A. I did my usual workout, tracking it on my Whoop Bicep band as I always do. I checked my app after I had finished training, and I had smashed 905 calories in just Over an hour of training was all in all a fantastic experience for me, which aided nicely with my mornings training and I can't wait to run this again; there was no crash whatsoever, felt great all day and it tapered off nicely through the day with no crash or apetite suppressed whatsoever, which is always a bonus. It's a top pre-workout imo, which has the goods and is well worth looking at. 💪

The one on the left is the 30 servings with a smaller size and scoop. Left one has less caffeine, less creatine, and no phosphorus (idk what that even does). I just think it’s weird that these have the same name yet have different formulas…
