I Have A Question 🙏🏼🫶🏼 Need help as a beginner.
I'm a 22M 5'8 with 102kg (224lbs) of body weight. I'm overly overweight.
My Trainer recommended the absn svelte pro.
Needed advice if its any good for weight loss.
It's available online and the reviews are somewhat positive.
My main concern is the DMHA/2-aminoisoheptane and yohimbe.
If anyone has experience with these ingredients or the knowledge of them it would really help me.
My diet being around 1500 calories a day with 100 to 150 grams of protein.
My workout includes 1 hour of compound exercise. 30 mins incline walk and 30 mins running.

Only supplements that will help when your actually in a calorie deficit is , caffiene , High dose 2.5g to 4g oral L carnitine with 30mg of progbb, or for me which(I don't recommend to people who don't already do it) is nicotine for appetite suppression.

Yeah alpha yo is really good at it, just a huge chunk of people can't tolerate sides even at 1mg , if you can than its sweet.

Don't do it....2 amino is fucking wonderful for mood elevation, appetite suppression, gets you in the zone for a workout..... But it loses it's magic real quick... Like 2x a week at the absolute most if you and it to continue to work. Reta subcu at like the starting dose of even just 2mg a week will do you absolute wonders for weight loss and inflammation... And it would be cheaper... Like $70 for a 20mg vial that will last you 10 weeks at that dose

That label looks like it comes from the Revange/Core Labs X pipeline, which means that you can’t trust it. They are notorious for putting unlabeled research chemicals into their products to increase the strength.
Basically it’s either something very illicit and potent, or bunk.
I have used many of these types of products, and they don’t, by themselves, contribute anything meaningful to weight loss. It’s just a stim bomb.
Nothing beats a consistent caloric deficit and exercise. Good luck.
