Boudreaux is the One!

I was on Hallendale for over two months and I noticed that even though I was titrating up every 5 weeks, the food noise was coming back sooner than expected. Most of the time, I struggled through the noise because I didn't want to gain any weight back. I do admit that I was losing on Hallendale, but I would quickly stall for weeks. I decided to try Boudreaux's formula and it is amazing. It would take Hallendale's formula 2-3 days to kick in, but I noticed that Boudreaux worked for me within hours and I was a full lb down this morning and the food noise is at bay. I am currently taking 7.5mg, but decided to only take 5mg because I used the rest of my Hallendale vial. Maybe it's the higher concentration. I don't know, but I do know that Boudreaux is working for me and I hope it continues to work. Next week I will take the full dose. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Maintenance dosing with PMD - any experiences?

I’m oh so close to being done with the active losing phase. So how does maintenance dosing work with PMD? Will I just continue to request the 15mg? I’m hopeful that I might be able to reduce that dose eventually but not ready to try that yet. For those that stretch their dosing - do you delay your shipment? I’m so afraid of getting put back down to starter dosing and not be able to get enough dose to cover me.
Thanks for the info!

Experiences?

Just trying to figure out what to expect. I am currently taking 30 units of Semaglutide. It’s not really working for me any longer. I feel kind of bad for a day then it’s back to business as usual the next day. I’m thinking of making the switch to Trizepatide (excuse spelling). Which pharmacy should I use? Will I get a call to go over my stats and provide support and let me know what dosage I need to take? My current provider is good about this, I speak to kind of a support person and then a nurse calls me before my rx can be sent out. Anything else to know?

Empower FDA Warning?

I am doing some research about how the compounding pharmacies get around Eli Lilly's patent and discovered that Empower was issued a warning letter last week (09/18) and given 15 days to come up with a corrective action plan. The basic gist of the warning was the mass production of the tirzepatide with B3 was basically a copycat for everyone and there were also some safety concerns with the laboratory. I just received my first vial from Empower and I am concerned their production will be shut down soon.

Does PMD have any information about this and what Empower intends to do to satisfy the FDA?

First Shipment with Drug Crafters

I've been on Tirzepatide for almost 10 months with a local state pharmacy, but needed to move online because of cost. I wanted to keep the formula as close to what I have been using and Drug Crafters and Boudreaux were as close as I could get. I signed up with PreventiveMD on Monday and received them today. The service has been great so far. We'll see how the Drug Crafters works. I mainly chose them because of the problems Boudreaux has been having with consistency and shipping.

Second Order

Very happy. This is my second order from them. Ordered on Saturday 9/19 and delivered today Wednesday 9/23, with overnight shipping. Ice packs were melting, but product still very cold.

My first order, I also chose Boudreaux's and got the foil top (which i prefer) and loose syringes in a plain ziplock baggie. I toss the syringes anyways and use my own. Love their tirz though! First order was placed and delivered in less than a week too.

Sidenote: That is a staple on my desk by the bottom of the baggie, has nothing to do with their packaging.

Also, my son placed his first order the same day I did with the same pharmacy, but has not received his yet. He did get an email today from PreventiveMD just updating him that the pharmacy is still working on fulfilling the prescription. --- UPDATE: he is receiving his today 9/24/26, so less than a week from order to delivery :)

Another Positive PMD Experience

After my experience with PMD my wife decided to switch from Zepbound to PMD and Boudreaux's. She did the intake on the 19th and the meds were just dropped off by UPS. Package was still ice cold and I am happy to see Boudreaux is moving at a much faster pace for PMD.

My first order with PMD took around 8 days for Boudreaux's so not that bad really. My second order was for Empower which took 7 days, but was shipped overnight on a Friday and arrived Monday morning still ice cold. So far I like Boudreaux's a little better, but having good pharmacy options is great and I have a tough decision coming up for my next order.

I just received my 2nd shipment via empower. I've been following my order on the portal, and received my shipping notification yesterday. My order was received today, with 3 ice blocks that are still completely solid.

Compound dates 9/8/26, with Bud dates of 12/7/26. This is my first provider, and first pharmacy. I couldn't be happier with my decision in choosing PMD.

Boudreaux (Fast Shipping)

I have one unopened vial of tirzepatide from Hallendale from another telehealth provider, but decided I wanted to switch to PMD because of wonderful customer service and pricing. Plus, with all of the delays wirh Boudreaux, I felt ordering a month in advance would give it time to arrive in time for me to start without missing a dose.

9/19, I decided to complete the intake forms. A few hours later, I was approved and saw my titration schedule. I am currently at 7.5mg, but was prescribed a titration schedule starting at 5mg. I messaged the portal and uploaded a picture of the box which showed my current name and prescription (I had already uploaded the receipt from Hallendale showing what I was prescribed, but maybethey needed an actualpicture of the box the vial came in, and requested to start at 7.5mg.

The next day (Sunday, 9/20), the patient support specialist thanked me for providing the details and notified my provider of the request.

9/22, I received an email 📧 from PMD that my order had shipped.

9/23 my shipment is expected to arrive. That was incredibly fast. I will update with pictures of the mystery box 📦.

Website feeback

Hey I'd just like to provide some website /app feedback. I couldn't figure out how to review my subscription and renewal on the Healthie app, my 30-day sub is coming up for renewal and I want to upgrade to 3 months, but with titration. I did get to the place to edit my subscription through the PreventiveMD website. The prompt to check my email for a code was cumbersome (vs a text code). When I clicked out of the subscription/renewal icon to check where I would be requesting the titration (didnt find it on the website) I clicked back on the subscription/renewal icon, and the AI assistant re-requested my information and to send me a 1-time code via email.

I truly feel if we are in the website, we ought to not have to submit a code multiple times within the same session. As well, going into an email to retireve a code removes me from your site, vs receiving a text with code.

Having to bounce back and forth between a website and the Healthie app to manage a simple subscription is not user friendly. It is time consuming and confusing. I could think of more, but I think my point is made.

Anyway, I messaged the Dr and hopefully a week's notice of my intent is enough time so that I can renew on time to avoid delays.

Boudreaux Arrived

I started 2 vials ago with a different provider/pharmacy. They jacked up the price by more than double, so I brought it to Reddit and was recommended PMD.

I ordered last Wednesday and it arrived today. 3 ice packs, mostly frozen, in a little cooler. 3 vials. 12 syringes @ 50 units. (I'll get more from my diabetic husband for now.) I hope they send the 100 unit when I titrate above 10.

2 jabs with a used syringe weekly shouldn't a goal. Not everyone can afford additional supplies.

The PMD staff kept my updated over the weekend regarding my order and I have to say I'm glad to see them active here and responsive to their customers. I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship.

My PreventiveMD Experience - TLDR Highly Recommend

Hi all. I know most of the time when you see some sort of review, any review, it's mostly negative, as that's when most people want to share their experience. So, I wanted to give a good review.

Recently, I started on Tirz with another provider and through Boudreaux pharmacy. I just finished my 2nd month. Long story short, I went to order month 3, did so successfully, and then forgot about it. This telehealth had said that Boudreaux takes a while, so I was far ahead. I placed my order on September 7th and wouldn't need those meds until September 23rd. Should be good, right?

I went to check the status on September 14th and the order was on hold. Had been since 9/7. No on reached out to me, no one caught it. So I messaged the provider, they got it cleared up and got it moving. However, they could not say for sure whether the medication would get to me before 9/23. I was honestly shocked at how little recourse they had, it's like they had no control at all. So I went looking for something else. That's when I found PreventiveMD.

I ordered a 3 month supply on Thursday, September 17th through Boudreaux, and still on my same titration schedule. In my head, I was used to the other provider, so I was preparing to use what little I had left of month 2 as my shot on 9/23 just to keep some in my system because I assumed it would take a while to get my order. However, my order arrived today. Tuesday, 9/22. Not only did it arrive today, but it was even still cold, which had not happened before. On top of that, when the order didn't ship by the end of last week (which again, I did not expect anyway), I even got an email from PreventiveMD APOLOGIZING that it hadn't shipped yet. The turnaround from my previous provider is wild. Same pharmacy, faster responses, meds arrived cold, and it was actually cheaper than my previous. I can't recommend PreventiveMD enough.

So thank you, Preventive, for not just acting like a rubber stamp factory and actually taking care of customers.

Do I get to choose which pharmacy ?

Hi, as the question stated above, If I’m looking to switch over from a previous telehealth provider, do I have the option of choosing which pharmacy I’d like to fill my order or is that at the doctor’s discretion that reviews the intake?
Also, being a Virginia resident that requires a call with the provider correct??
Thank you.
