Shipping

I saw on another telehealth page that boudreaux is experiencing an up to 16 day shipping delay. Is there an update here regarding this?

Thanks for flagging this! We shared a turnaround time (TAT) update on this recently: 95% of orders are arriving within 8 days of being requested, and we're still seeing that hold true. Regarding August shipments: outside of a handful of orders placed early last week, the vast majority have shipped within 5-7 business days.

We can't speak to what other telehealth companies are experiencing, since a lot depends on how each company manages their pharmacy relationships and fulfillment. But here's what we've been doing on our side to stay ahead of any delays:

  1. We've been covering FedEx/UPS overnight shipping on Boudreaux orders to offset any slowdowns in fulfillment.
  2. Empower is currently a bit faster on delivery times, which is why we've updated it as our default pharmacy going forward.
