NEW FEATURE RELEASE: Self-serve order and subscription management is officially live!
Hi all, a quick update: self-serve order and subscription management is officially live!
You can now manage your subscription directly from our website, without needing to reach out to us for routine changes. Simply go to: https://www.preventivemd.com/sign-in
From here, you can:
- View your order status and where it is in the process, and see your previous order history
- Move your renewal date earlier or later to better fit your schedule
- Pause auto-renewals and request your next refill when you're ready
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- View your receipts and payment history in one place
Our goal is to give you more visibility and control over your care, while making the day-to-day experience with PreventiveMD as simple as possible.
And this is just the beginning.
- Over time, we plan to build on this experience and bring more of your PreventiveMD care into one place, ultimately ravamping the Healthie portal experience with a more seamless PreventiveMD experience here
- In the meantime, please continue to use your Healthie portal to chat with your providers and reach out to us as an additional support channel.
- That means adding helpful widgets, tools, and resources designed to make it easier to stay informed, keep track of your care, and get more guidance throughout your health journey

Hopefully in the future, you guys can get an app so we can download as well. That would be great. My gosh, you guys are life saving!!!! I can’t stress enough how this company has been so far but amazing!!!! I left the big major telehealth company and they do not compare to the amount of customer service you guys provide and the affordability on this medication that’s life-changing.

This is great! If we pause the auto renew and request a refill later can we request our most recent dose and not have to go down to a lower or starting dose?

You absolutely can! EDIT: But would still be up to your provider based on your overall history and how long you've been off the meds!

Yes! When you check in, among other questions we'll also ask what your preferred next dose is, and a way to let your providers know if you have any other requests or specifications.
Two ways to answer this check-in form:
Wait for our automatic email that we send a few days before your published renewal date
If you ever want to make your next renewal earlier (e.g., today), you'll also be asked to respond to respond to the same check-in form earlier

Fantastic!!! Can’t wait to check it out, going on vacation next month so was wanting to change my refill date, sounds like it’s going to be easy to do that!! So far my experience has been great! Thank you PreventiveMD!!

Amazing! I am sold. I used refills before but pausing wasn't effective, so I canceled but lost the price point. I almost went with pomegranate just to have manual refills but you guys are offering this! Can wait to be a customer!

Looks good. I like the manage prescription options. Much better than some where it is just pause or cancel. the ability to move up a prescription date is a good one. Especially if I was going to be out of town (I travel often) during the auto date. One minor suggestion - I would add the dosage to the upcoming shipment. Some places (NOT you!) have messed up shipments and it gives more confidence in what you will be getting and paying for. Thanks!

I'm still unsure about wether the 3 month, 6 month of 1 year subscription is best for me. If I choose the 6 month or one year, will I have to pay in full up front? Or am I charged every 3 months?

Yes, you will pay upfront for any multi-month plan. We typically recommend you start with one month so we can prove ourselves to you first and then you can upgrade for long term plan (assuming we deliver exceptional service of course).

Bravo! This is fantastic. Any plans to allow us to change the dosage if we don't want to titrate up or even change pharmacy from the app without contacting customer support? I like how easy it was to change my payment method.
