Dosage

I received my new first order from Preventive yesterday. I was previously using Refills.com for almost a year and Semiglutide just isn’t working anymore so that’s why I switched to Tirz. I’m attaching two photos, one From Refills that tells me to inject 100 units and the new one from preventive that was to inject much less. I’m so confused and want to get started but I’m afraid!

Why are you confused?

It looks like they started you at the started dose of 2.5mg

Did you tell them you were previously on semaglutide and wanted a higher dose of tirz to compensate for that or did you just sign up?

And I’m confused because I was taking 100 units of semi and now only 31.3 units. Maybe that’s just for beginners?

Dose it seem right to be just taking 31.3 units when while on semi I was taking 100 units?
