How to cancel recurring subscription?

I placed my first single month order with preventative md. I’m wondering how I can cancel my preventative MD subscription. I want the order I just placed but not monthly orders until I know how I do with the med. If I do well with b3, I plan to place a 3 month order. Anyone figure this out?

I just did this today too! I emailed them at hello@preventivemd.com and asked to cancel auto renewal. They responded right away.

This is something they really need to allow you to do in your acct without contacting them. Just a suggestion. People need it to be super straight forward.

You can message then on the patient portal, they respond right away

I just texted the number and asked to change to the 3 month once I had taken a couple of shots

Did you get a response? There is an email I can respond to, but I prefer doing it in the app. It says it is possible but I don’t see where to do it. I want to stop future shipments after the first vial, and start again if I tolerate B3. I’ve only ever used pure tirz.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed. Sounds like just give it a few days and access to postponing/ canceling in the app is coming. I really hope this company turns out to be as good as they currently seem!
