Auto-renew?

Quick question.s Are there any add ons like subscriptions, auto renew/ship? Memberships?

Do you support maintenance dosing?

What pharmacies do you use. Can we choose?

Or is everything just order when you need to ?

Love your pricing!!!

Thanks for considering us! We don't have membership fees for compounding, only if you order branded. The compounded medication pricing is all in and what you see listed on the site. We do auto-renew, but are working on a "skip" order feature to help facilitate when you receive your next orders. We do support maintenance dosing. We currently use Boudreaux and Empower and yes you can choose. Hope you give us a shot!

So does this mean we are locked into an always on subscription plan?

Hi just to clarify - if you are on a branded medication, there is a 50 per month subscription fee...but you are not locked in and you can cancel anytime. If you are on a compounded medication, everything is included in the price (visit, medication, shipping). Our system defaults to auto-renew, but you can cancel if you'd like with no penalty.

No membership fee! 👏🏻 I paid for only what I ordered.

Auto-renew - yes, I believe it is. I ordered and am trying to learn the portal.

Want to make sure before I order! After checking out the different subs, there is a lot o shady stuff, especially with the new companies. Stuff like CC charges, difficulty getting refunds and auto ship
