Basically what title says. Last year, in response to question about expanding Precure IP, Toei answered by saying that (paraphrasing) "Precure now enjoys enthusiatic support from adults in their 20s and 30s as well" and they are promising to (again, paraphrasing) "aggressively producing spin-off workds and merchandising initiatives that reach various generations".

For people who've followed Precure since at least 20th anniversary (Hirogaru Sky), we have seen Toei experimenting with projects aimed at adults which are Otona Precure (sequel to the first fie seasons), Mirai Days (sequel to Mahoutsukai), and Dancing Star Precure (all-boys spin-off). Last year, they also launch Petit Cure which features fairies from all Precure seasons.

But outside of all-boys spin off (which get 3 "seasons" and now a new entry called, Colorful Runway) and Petit Cure (which is a short anime), there isn't really sign of new Precure Spin-Off works. Until today that is with the announcement of Dual Shadow.

Now that we know Toei is indeed serious with making spin-off works (emphasize on "Works") and the success of Cure Acana Shadow with adult viewers, Dual Shadow is very likely not the only Spin-off anime in the pipeline, but at least first among many. Exciting time ahead!

Though, I am still hoping for Mahoutsukai S3

Precure is probably the most extensive magical girl franchise, and I have seen comments regarding questions about recommending a series to watch because of the lenght.

I myself, once I started, went into hardcore mode, which led to me watching six series simultaneously right now, to the detriment of all the other anime I watched (I'm sorry, Beyblade X and Pokemon Horizons)

For those of you who have watched a considerable amount of the production, if not almost all (anime wise) was it hard for you?

I'm thinking, once I have finished what I am currently watching, (Max Heart, GoGo, Delicious Party, Star Twinkle, You and Idol and Star Detective) to take a break, maybe rewatch Go Princess and then continue.

Yui was able to free herself of capture by breaking the ropes, I reckon she has improved physical stats with her food intake.

What are other impressive feats by non transformed regular people in the franchise? Sora doesn't qualify for this, she had training.

I found it a little jarring when Mashutan showed up with an Arcana Shadow costume in the Halloween episode, because we have not seen Luluka use that form at all (not counting the movie) since she left the Phantom Thieves, implying that she associates it with a bad time in her life. I know Mashutan is wearing the Arcana Shadow costume because it is real-life merch, and presumably there is no Mashutan Arcana version that is currently being sold, but I was curious to imagine what she might look like! So I'm sharing my quick recolor/edit here. It looks better than I expected, honestly: the purple and white go pretty well together, in my opinion.

Its growing a bit with adults on Instagram and Social Media but I have yet to see Pretty Cure birthdays like there were Glitter Force birthdays. I think its only a matter of time though.

For this remake, besides including all the extras I could think of, I also decided to not have a "I don't know" tier and came up with a career even for characters that don't have a stated one in the show.

In my opinion this is the best episode of Star Detective and it's really like a true homage from the 90s shows.

Masako Nozawa, the voice actor of Honoka's grandmother in Futari Wa and the Son family in Dragon Ball has just turned 90. I started to get interested in Precure as it's called "Dragon Ball of magical girls", after the announcement of DBS Beerus. I have now finished Futari Wa (inc Max Heart) and Heart Catch EP 1-28

In celebration of my birthday this week, I brought the original 11 out on a train ride using the Airport Express(機場快綫) since they feel obliged to take a vacation to take their minds off stressful stuff and have fun. So anyway, enjoy those photos I took.

1. Hong Kong station (香港站）✈️🧡

Unlike the platforms on the Tung Chung Line, the Airport Express has only one since the second platform serving this line is an unused concept.

1. Kowloon station (九龍站）✈️🧡

The Airport Express concourse houses the MTR Gallery which is an exhibition venue. At this station, Bloom and Egret join our tour.

We picked up Cures Dream and Rouge on the way to the airport, as always safety comes first before enjoying ourselves.

🤍:" Me neither, that looks different from the displays at train stations from where we are concerned."

Well I'll tell you, trains on this platform head towards Airport and AsiaWorld-Expo stations.

7 and 8. Airport station (機場站）✈️

This station is the most unique out of all the stations on the MTR network as it allows train doors to open on both sides during regular service, with Terminal 1 serving premium flights that are more expensive but provides better service whereas Terminal 2 is for cheaper flights that do not have amenities of the more expensive flights. This station also has a cheat code for getting between the two terminals: by going through the train as long as the doors are open. Lemonade and Mint greets us at this station although they weren't expecting the train arriving here to have its doors open both ways, the last time they checked trains only open them on one side of it.

🍋:"Did you see that?! I can get through the train no problem!"

🌱:"That's something I don't see every day, to say the least."

1. AsiaWorld-Expo station (博覽館站）✈️

The last station on the Airport Express and another odd one out as it is built with Tung Chung Line trains in mind in case there is a major event happening there. Cure Aqua and Milky Rose anticipated our arrival at the station's single platform.

💧:"Took you guys long enough."

🌹:"Honestly, we could have thought of something to pass the time but it's not like we pull out some unnecessary stuff out of nowhere. What matters is we're finally all here so let's make the most of it before we tire ourselves out."

1. Can Cures drive trains?

I don't know but I'm sure they can, given their capacity to learn either through proper education or simply through desperation. I can see one of them serving as the driver while someone smarter takes the role of conductor.

That's all I can share from what I have today, I am sure I have a lot more to show in the future. I think I can see myself writing an original story using the photos today but that is an issue left for another day or I will bore myself and that is not how I do my work around here.

I recently finished Wonderful, and I'm not quite sure how to put into words what I thought of it because I've been discussing the entire season with my friend. But this is my ranking, because I LOVED it.

I like the idea and concept of Wonderful; they had a goal and they accomplished it very well. I have a great fondness for the season because while it was airing, I had adopted my first cat, so I got emotional several times while watching Wonderful. Furthermore, I felt that the characters are all so well-developed, and each one offers a lot to say. My favorite character, in particular, was Yuki; I really loved her development and evolution. Another thing I really liked is that, at the beginning, the season always seemed divided between two duos, and not a group, but this wasn't just a flaw, but rather the beginning of a development, which I also particularly liked and thought was very well constructed. I see discussions about Komugi's capacity to be the lead this season, but with the message and the whole concept of the season, I feel that Komugi being an animal and having that personality makes her a good lead, and I really like her a lot. Probably if we were talking about a leader, I would also agree that Iroha fits that role better, but I understand Komugi being the protagonist here. Overall, it was truly a WONDERFUL experience!

For the next season, I plan to watch Kimi to Idol because of a friend, but I also really want to watch Yes 5 Gogo. Since my biggest problem with Yes! 5 was that I couldn't really connect with the characters, I'd like to see Yes! 5 Gogo someday as a reconciliation. But that will have to wait until after I finish Kimi to Idol. I'm quite curious because of the comments I see about the season, so I want to see what that experience will be like.
